We ship worldwide via www.nanovations.com
Delivery is via Courier Please , FedEx , TNT and Australia Post. For international DG shipments we are only using FedEx. All orders can be tracked online. Nanovations warehouse is selecting the most suitable courier service for the destination location . This may be a different courier service than what was selected during the purchasing process. We are also offering Ex-Works services.
Our orders are shipped on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding Public Holidays) via Australia Post. Typically, orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours. Please note the estimated lead times for standard shipping:
- Metro Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra, and Adelaide: 2 to 3 business days.
- Metro Brisbane and Hobart: 3 to 4 business days.
- Rural areas in VIC, NSW, and SA: 3 to 5 business days.
- Metro Perth and Darwin: 4 to 6 business days.
- Rural areas in WA, NT, and QLD: 5 to 10 business days.
The lead time mentioned doesn’t include dispatch time. Deliveries to remote areas or during periods of high order volume might take longer.
Currently, we only ship within Australia. All orders are shipped via Shippit , Australia Parcel Post and express post , from our Sydney warehouse . You’ll receive tracking and delivery information via email once your items are shipped.
A tracking number will be send via email , once the order is processed.
Due to shipper restrictions we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.·
We usually do not deliver to residential addresses. Residential customers must leave Authority to Leave with details where to leave the item .
All deliveries are sent with registered couriers and must be signed for at time of delivery. Under some special circumstances, courier deliveries may be replaced by Australia Post.
Shipping address cannot be changed once order(s) has been shipped.
As the registered couriers are third-party courier companies, we are unable to control their delivery time. The courier is also unable to ring you prior or during delivery.
If the delivery is to your home address, it is best to ensure someone is home to receive the goods. If not, we recommend using an alternative, like a work address for delivery.
If you are not home at the time of delivery additional delivery charges may apply.
A order cannot be cancelled once order has been shipped.
Shipping time may vary depending on your location, please allow 2 – 7 days for delivery.
Shipping times are provides by courier services not by us , and are always estimates.
Shipping charges are determined by packing size, weight and delivery location.
Delivery times could be longer for regional areas, and the above delivery times do not include any customs processing times for international orders.
We process orders Monday through Friday in the order in which they are received.
If you want to check the status of your order, and are a registered user, please log into My Account to check the progress of your order. if you want to track the shipment of your order, use the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email and track via the relevant courier website . For any questions about your order, please contact us and we would be happy to assist you.
We look forward to shipping your order as quickly as possible. So that you are able to enjoy your purchase as soon as possible, please double-check that you have entered the correct and full delivery address. We are unable to modify or cancel an order once it has been placed.
RETURNS
In general ,we do not accept returns in general due to the nature of our product. You need to contact us first and discuss the reason for a return . We do not provide a courier service for shipping of return orders. Refunds must be processed to the original form of payment. We do not offer exchanges for change of mind returns.
Once the parcel arrives at our warehouse, our team will inspect the condition of your return.
If accepted, the refund will be processed and you will be contacted via email. Refunds take approximately 10 business days to be credited to your account.
