The multi- functional, ultra-thin coating reduces dirt and dust accumulation and at the same time provides a scratch resistant easy to clean protection.
Cleaner panels have a higher power output and more consistent energy efficiency.  The coating also protects the glass from erosion, and from stubborn staining from salt spray . Unlike any other product , NG-1314 is inorganic and comes with the natural

The accumulation of dirt on solar panels for example, has an impact on the performance of solar power systems and solar mirrors. Dust can reduce the power efficiency of the panels. Even a light dust layer can lead to a reduction of 2 – 5 % . Core Properties

  • UV Resistance

    The accelerated UV aging resistance chamber test, conducted for 1000 hours in accordance with the European Standard EN 1096, aimed to assess the UV resistance of the material. The test results indicated that the water repellent contact angle remained unchanged after the test period, demonstrating the material’s suitability for such applications.   Furthermore, there was no observed loss of performance, indicating the material’s durability and reliability in withstanding long UV exposure.

  • Salt Spray Resistant

    Nanovations Glass Coatings showed outstanding results with no change in contact angle  in independent salt spray resistance (21 days)  European Standard : BS EN 1096-2012 Glass in building.

  • Acid Resistance

    Acid resistance to SO2 according European Standard UNI EN 1096 is important test for building  exposed to pollution ,acid rain .

    Nanovations glass coatings show no reduction in water contact angle after the test cycles.

  • Abrasion Resistance

    Nanovations Glass coatings demonstrated outstanding abrasion resistance, enduring up to 80,000 brush cycles in a Taber machine. The coating can handle thousand of panel cleaning cycles without losing effectiveness.
