About Nanovations Pty Ltd

Nanovations developed the first glass coating solutions in 2002 . It was the first company in Australia   manufacturing and implementing Nano-scale glass coating technology. The first large scale building applications was done 2004, and these coatings still work well and never required a reapplication for over a decade.

In 2006, the research in ultrathin coatings and the manufacturing was combined under the new brand Nanovations. The first  high rise building in the world was coated  with our product was done shortly after, in Sydney , Australia.

2006 :  Nanovations was at the forefront of bringing bulk impregnation technology for cement based materials to the Australian market with the introduction of the 3001 .  The product was sold under the brand name Efflock between 2012 and 2025 and became quickly one the most sold additive for efflorescence prevention in Australia.  Since early 2026 the product is available again, directly from Nanovations Australia,  at  www.nanovations.au

In 2012 Nanovations has introduced the next generation of automotive windscreen treatment which offers advantages over competing products, with better performance and functionality on today’s markets.  The product sold under the brand name ‘Vision Protect’ in several countries, is formulated with an inorganic sol-gel technology developed by Nanovations.

Between 2012 and 2014, Nanovations developed the N-Bond UV inkjet glass primer. This product was first introduced to customers at the Glassbuild trade show in Las Vegas
The company is now exporting more than 75% of its products, to currently more than 80 countries.
Nanovations Pty Ltd is the only manufacturer of inorganic Nano scale glass coating technology in Australia.

Nanovations is constantly looking for new export markets and is currently expanding into the USA, Europe,  Asia and India.
