Nano Glass Coating

Nanovations glass coating solutions

Nanovations utilizes a cutting-edge glass coating technology that is based on the use of colloidal sol gel materials. These materials are specially formulated to self-assemble into a monolayer surface structure. One of the key advantage of this technology is that it allows for the use of simple and low-tech application methods such as spray and wipe, spray atomizing, or dip coating.

Once the carrier liquid evaporates during the curing process, the material firmly bonds to the surface, and self assembling into an ultra-thin, nano-scale coating layer.

This coating layer is completely invisible to the naked eye and can even incorporate additional functions .the curing, which is the evaporation of the carrier liquid, the material bonds to the surface and the coating will self-assemble into the formulated and ultra-thin coating layer. The final coating layers thickness is in the Nano scale. Within the limitation of the overall thickness, it is also possible to add additional scratch resistance and dust reducing properties.

The treatment, which is completely invisible, cannot be removed by water, cleaning agents, or high pressure equipment. The exceptionally thin coating is achieved through the lowest consumption rate in the market. It is possible to cover an impressive area of 400 square meters per liter (14,000 square feet per gallon). NG 1010, for instance, is the most efficient and cost-effective glass coating solution currently available.

NG 1010 was utilized on a high rise building in Sydney, marking the first instance globally where such cutting-edge technology has been implemented to enhance the glass facade of an entire structure.

The Socar Tower, standing at a towering height of 209 meters, holds the prestigious title of being the tallest building in the Caucasus region. This remarkable architectural marvel has been meticulously coated with NG-1314, ensuring its protection and longevity. It proudly stands as the largest project in the world to be safeguarded by this exceptional coating technology.

The exceptional durability and performance come as no surprise, as the product has undergone rigorous independent testing to guarantee its quality and performance. It has outperformed all other products on the market in terms of test results.

Manual coating application video.

This video demonstrates the manual application of our nanotechnology coating on a 40,000 square meter facade project, which is equivalent to 420,000 square feet. The panels used were up to 8 meters long, 600 mm thick, triple glazed, and weighing up to 1,500 kg. Due to their size and weight, it is not feasible to treat them with an automated spray booth. Instead, two trained applicators can efficiently handle the treatment of facade panels that are being manufactured in the assembly factory. This method proves to be more cost-effective and can be carried out at any suitable stage of the panel production line.
