CL-50 is the is the latest surface preparation technologies to enable nano coatings to obtain superior adhesion and long term performance on surfaces like automotive windscreens and shower screens.

CL 50 utilizes semiconductor manufacturing technology to deliver a thorough cleaning down to the microstructured surface details of substrates. By enhancing the bonding capabilities of glass substrates to Nano-coatings, CL 50 effectively boosts the quantity of molecular bonding points. This meticulous cleaning process makes it the ideal surface preparation for Nanotechnology treatments such as N-Bond UV Primer and NG 1010.

CL 50 removes contaminations from glass surfaces. The micron size particles have shown a high removal rate of glass contaminating substances. The low level of chemicals and the use of mostly plant extracts, give the CL 50 a outstanding sustainable rating.

More than 99 % of the chemicals used, are from renewable sources and bio-based materials. The abrasives itself are widely used in many food additives, cosmetics and pharmaceutical products.
CL-50 does not contain Nano-particles. Particle size 0.2 micron

 This item is ready to use , and not a concentrate.

The product does not requires a transport declaration for air transport in larger quantities. .
